LOMIR customers may now purchase products such as swivels sterile. Sterilization is by ethylene oxide. Packaging is available as per customer requirements. For example rodent swivels may be packed in the best way to match the customer's surgical procedures, this may be single packs, fives or tens. Large animal swivels are sterilized in single packages. As part of continually upgrading products and services customers may also purchase complete infusion sets . pre-sterile in exactly the format required. Slings can be used to securely restrain rodents during many procedures. Choice of restraint in many sizes and range of adjustment make the rodent sling a valuable asset to any laboratory setting.

FRAME

Polypropylene base with supports made from stainless steel, one inch thick bass material provides a robust support that does not move. Stainless supports and connectors held with convenient thumbs screws allow for height adjustments. The frame is easily cleaned and dismantles when not in use.

RESTRAINTS

Full body restraint is provided with the choice of either a sling suit or sling cover. Both restrainers allow for access to all limbs and the head and tail, all close with Velcro fasteners allowing for a quick and secure restraint and an adjustable fit for individual animals. Sling suits are sold in five sizes according to the weight range of the animals. The rodent sling cover is available in a single size for rats up to 500g. Custom sizes available on request.

SMALL ANIMAL SMALL PRIMATE LARGE ANIMAL PRIMATE CAPTURE NET

	LOMIR'S capture nets are designed to restrain animals while protecting both the subject and the handler. They are suitable for both new and old world primates. The net and pole are available in multiple combinations to match the size, weight and strength of the subject. Replacement nets are also available. As with all LOMIR'S products, custom specifications are also undertaken.
	The net is a robust, fray-resistant polyester mesh fabric, double sewn and lock stitched for strength and durability. A reinforced channel is sewn in to accommodate a thick braided cord. This can be tightened once the subject has been netted for additional constraint and safety.
	Two energy absorbing grips are ergonomically positioned on the handle for security and comfort.

Kevlar® Arm Protectors

Arm protectors made from 100% fine-knit Kevlar® with sewn-in reinforcement. Designed to be worn either on their own or beneath a pair of animal handling gloves.

Leather Gauntlets

Full fingered, full length gauntlet. Glove section made from 100% cowhide; elbow length cuffs made from split grain cowhide. Ruggedly constructed with internal seams throughout for optimum protection and durability.

Leather Doublers

For the highest level of protection, a 100% cowhide doubler is available with heavy duty snaps for attachment over the handling gauntlets. Full thumb and index finger closure.
